Alex D. Guerrero
Prior to founding The Law Office of Alex D. Guerrero, Mr. Guerrero worked as a defense attorney for 17 years; the last 6 of which as a partner in the largest law firm in Los Angeles. Tired of seeing good people with valid claims and injuries being denied their just compensation, Mr. Guerrero decided to use his extensive experience and institutional knowledge of corporations and insurance companies against them. Mr. Guerrero knows corporations and insurance companies' weaknesses, and uses that knowledge for his clients in order to maximize their recovery.
Mr. Guerrero is an established name in the personal injury sector. A member of ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates), he is among the first names other law firms turn to when they need an experienced Trial Lawyer to help secure victory. ABOTA and its members are dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. ABOTA membership consists of more than 7,300 lawyers—equally balanced between plaintiff and defense—and judges spread among 96 chapters in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. ABOTA is an invitation-only organization. Members must have at least five years of active experience as trial lawyers, have first-chaired a minimum of 10 civil jury trials to conclusion and possess additional litigation experience. Members must also exhibit the virtues of civility, integrity and professionalism by following our Code of Professionalism and Principles of Civility.
